No, packages do not expire. You can request a drawing today, one tomorrow, one in a month or all together. For example, if you currently need 3 floor plans for 3 apartments, we recommend that you place an order for a 5-floor plan package, so you will have two spare floor plans future projects. Furthermore, we offer discounts on package prices.
The 2D furnished floor plan refers to a building and not charged per additional floors. This is because your request will once regard a studio apartment, once a three-room apartment, once a 3-floor villa and therefore we do not select.
We always deliver 2D furnished floor plans in 24 hours. Other drawings require a little longer, 48 hours at most. Obviously, if multiple drawings are required at the same time, it will take a little longer, but you will always be up to date on the progress of works.
