One credit applies to an entire property, even if it spans multiple levels, up to 200 sqm of redrawn area. The redrawn area includes everything the architect redraws (walls, stairs, balconies, etc.), excluding green areas, which are usually processed free of charge.

For every additional 200 sqm, one extra credit is required (e.g., a 149 sqm property = 1 credit; a 387 sqm property = 2 credits).

No, you can take advantage of our package options by choosing from 10, 25, 50, or 100 credits of the same type. The larger the package, the greater the savings.

 

No, packages do not expire. This means you can use your credits whenever you want, with no time limits—the package will only be depleted once all credits have been used.

 

For Basic, Smart, and 2D Furnished floor plans, delivery is always guaranteed within 24 working hours.

For 3D Real floor plans, delivery is guaranteed within 48–72 working hours.

In case of multiple simultaneous orders, we ensure delivery times are respected for at least 2 floor plans per day.

Upload the cadastral plan or project
Make sure the scan is straight and clearly readable. Include a scale reference (or at least one measurement) to ensure correct scaling. Verify that room functions and labels are clearly indicated.

Technical specifications
For furnished floor plans (2D, Smart, and 3D), always indicate kitchen and bathroom connections, or attach photos or the listing link.

Style and design
Always specify whether you want a faithful reproduction of the existing layout or a more modern version. The more details you provide (materials, floor colors, furniture layout, bed types, etc.), the more accurate the result will be.

Design concept
Since we do not perform on-site surveys, a rough sketch of the new layout is required when requesting a redesign of spaces.

Yes, but within reason. Please make sure to provide all relevant information and preferences when placing your order to minimize the need for revisions.

 

As soon as possible: once the architect in charge of your project has made the requested changes, you will receive a notification from us. We always do our best to deliver the revised floor plan within 24 hours.

 

Yes. If you order a single interior render, our architects will create a realistic visualization of one room only.

You will receive a username and password to access your Personal Area: a dashboard available 24/7. From there, you can download your floor plans and renders, view your project history, purchase new credits, and track the real-time status of your requests.
